Exercise and Weightlifting program
New to the gym and don't know where to start? Rangitikei Active can provide you with, and take you though, a basic program. Included in the program is a demonstration on how to use the equipment, correct posture, starting weight, repetition and set amounts. Program tailored to all activity levels and abilities.
Program cost $60
Personal training: 30mins $30 one-on-one or $25pp for two. 1hour $60 one-on-one or $50pp for two.
