Dear valued members,
In preparation for the introduction of the government's new COVID Protection Framework on Friday 3 December, you can now pre-verify your vaccine pass to allow for easier entry on the day. Please remember that as per the government mandate, all members must be fully vaccinated in order to enter the facility on 3 December.
To pre-verify your vaccine pass, please download your vaccine pass from the My Covid Record website. Once you have your vaccine pass saved to your phone or PC, please email a copy to [email protected] to update your member record. We store no health information as part of this process and are only provided confirmation of a valid vaccine pass which activates your key tag. There is no need to stop at Reception once finished, as once the verification process is complete, your key tag will remain active on 3 December.
Members who are unable to pre-verify will need to stop at Reception on or after 3 December to validate your vaccine pass in order to re-activate your key tag. Verification of your vaccine pass only needs to happen one time to activate your key tag and then you may come and go freely without having to show your pass each visit. To make the process easier and avoid unnecessary queues at Reception, we encourage you to pre-verify through the
We will follow up next week with more details on the in-club guidelines associated with the Traffic Light System and anticipate a return to more normal operations with less limits on capacity.
If you are not intending to be vaccinated, or won't have your vaccine pass by Friday 3 December, you may put your membership on hold for the duration of the Traffic Light System by completing emailing [email protected] If your vaccination status changes in the future, you will be able to contact the office and upload your pass at that time.
Naturally, we will have a lot of members wanting to complete this process, so there may be some delays, as you have likely experienced with the My Covid Record site, so please just try again if you're unable to upload your pass the first time. Thank you again for all your patience and support as we continue to navigate our way through this pandemic.
